Dukley Seafront Restaurant reopens for the new season with a clearly defined culinary direction and a renewed positioning as one of the most distinctive dining addresses on the Budva Riviera.
Set directly above the Adriatic and framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, the restaurant offers a dining experience shaped as much by its surroundings as by its cuisine. This season, Dukley Seafront introduces a more focused concept built around a confident Mediterranean foundation and a pronounced emphasis on Steak & Lobster.
Seafood remains central to the identity of the kitchen, with lobster presented in several interpretations and Adriatic fish prepared with precision and restraint. At the same time, the grill takes on greater importance through carefully selected premium cuts, including dry aged Black Angus and Japanese Wagyu, reinforcing the balance between sea and land that defines the restaurant’s direction.
The menu is designed to highlight clarity of flavour and quality of sourcing. Dishes such as Shrimp Tartare, Smoked Octopus, Saint-Jacques scallops and Rossini Beef demonstrate a kitchen that values technique, structure and depth, while remaining true to Mediterranean sensibility.
